You know summer is here and the crops are coming in when Carrot Graham makes its appearance! Sandwiched between Rhubarb in the spring and Apple in the fall, this graham cracker is so pretty with its little orange specs! I just love a sweet, lightly cinnamon cracker like our Carrot Graham with an aged parmesan like Wisconsin’s own, Sarvecchio by Sartori.
