    Kathy's Cheese Spread

    1. Mix one third Gorgonzola and two-third Mascarpone.
    2. Cover the top with chopped toasted pecans and drizzle with honey.
    3. Refrigerate till party and that’s it!

    Serve it with two kinds of Potter’s crackers, Caraway Rye and Classic White or Winter Wheat. It was just delicious and I am all for making entertaining easy!

    Linda's Fruit Dip

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
    • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla
    • 3 Tbsp Milk
    • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
    Directions
    1. Cream brown sugar and cream cheese together
    2. Add milk and vanilla and mix
    3. Add powdered sugar and mix till smooth
    Serve with fresh fruit and Potter’s Classic White and Winter Wheat.

    Toasted Almond Cheese Spread

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounce cream cheese
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
    • 1/2 c toasted sliced almonds
    • 1/3 c mayo
    • 2 T chopped green onions
    • 1/8 t pepper
    • 1/8 t nutmeg

    Directions

    1. Mix cream cheese till smooth,
    2. Stir in shredded cheese, 1/3 c almonds, mayo, onions and seasoning.
    3. Spread in lightly greased pie plate, bake at 35o degrees for 15 minutes.Sprinkle with the remaining almonds.

    Serve with Potter’s Classic Wheat Crackers and cold grapes.
