Yes, finally, after the coldest winter on record, spring came, the earth warmed up and rhubarb and asparagus made their appearance!
Asparagus is not the best cracker material but the same can’t be said for rhubarb. Our Rhubarb Graham is many of our customer’s and employees’s favorite graham of the year. We all look forward to its arrival!
This cinnamon cracker with caramely, toasty notes and a subtle rhubarb tang is great just alone, think rhubarb pie! But, don’t forget to pair it with all those nutty aged cheeses, cream cheese, goat cheese and of course, a bit of jam works too!
