Have lots of crackers to deliver today so stores are stocked with Potter’s for New Year celebrations and then its time for a little rest!
Notice, I said “little” rest! Although it quiets down a bit after the holidays, January is the time we experiment with new flavors and get our creative juices flowing! We have lots of ideas, the month will be filled with taste testing, tweaks and then more taste testing!
This year will be especially exciting. March 15 we will be moving to a bigger production space, hurray! We are moving downstairs in the same building we have been in since our beginning. Extra space means we will be able to put more of our ideas into reality, always a fun process!
So, in addition to R and D, I will spend much of January and February up on a ladder with a paint brush in my hand!
