We have been so excited about the response to our delicious organic oyster crackers that you can imagine how frustrating it is to not have them available in this quintessential chili, soup weather! Going into our busy holiday season we made a ton of oysters then dismantled our proof box (piece of equipment for raising doughs) to make room for our new one. Installation was on track for Jan 1. Well, as you can see from our product page, we are now out of oysters because we are still waiting for our proofer! Stay tuned, as soon as it gets here and is installed you can bet we will be cranking out those oysters to beat the band.
