Potter’s are perfect for graduation parties! My nephew Joel graduated from college last weekend and my sister hosted a houseful of guests for the afternoon party. My sister never forgets a single detail, the house looked fantastic and of course, the food was delicious! One of the most popular munchies there was a simple spread served with Potter’s. Here it is:
Kathy’s Cheese Spread
- Mix one third Gorgonzola and two-thirds Mascarpone.
- Cover the top with chopped toasted pecans and drizzle with honey.
- Refrigerate till party and that’s it!
She served it with two kinds of Potter’s Crackers, Caraway Rye and Hazelnut Graham. Take your pick, you could go sweet or savory, I liked both. It was just delicious and I am all for making entertaining easy!
