As summer turns to fall in Wisconsin and we start to gear up toward harvest season we are often reminded of the great traditions that a bountiful harvest provides. One of our favorites is when sweet corn becomes available at our local markets. To celebrate one of our favorite times of the year, we’ve created a Grilled Sweet Corn and Onion Cracker using local organic sweet corn with a bit of our organic caramelized onions.
